Relationship to the East 14 Street South Area Development Strategy <br />The South Area 1, 2, and 3 zoning districts have been created to implement the <br />th <br />East 14Street Development Strategy (Development Strategy). The <br />Development Strategy identifies 5 activity areas. SA-1 District – Permitted Uses. <br />The following uses are allowed in the SA-1 District, and a conditional use permit <br />is not required, for tenant spaces up to 25,000 square feet. Spaces in excess of <br />25,000 square feet can be allowed through the approval of a conditional use <br />permit.
