A reverse vending machine may sort and <br />process containers mechanically, provided that the entire process is <br />enclosed within the machine. <br />a.A single-feed reverse vending machine is designed to accept <br />individual containers one (1) at a time. <br />b.A bulk reverse vending machine is designed to accept more than <br />one (1) container at a time and to compute the refund or credit due <br />on the basis of weight. <br />4."Mobile Recycling Unit" means an automobile, truck, trailer, or van and <br />appurtenant bins, boxes or containers used for the collection of <br />recyclable materials. <br />5."Small Scale Hazardous Waste Center" means a center as defined in <br />Article 3: Definitions, Section 1-304, under "Recycling Centers." <br />B.
