ORDINANCE <br />Article 10A of Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, “California Residential <br />Building Code,” is hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety by Article 10A, Chapter 5 of Title <br />VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the 2019 California Residential Building Code, as <br />published by the International Code Council, adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if <br />fully set forth herein at length, to be known as the City of San Leandro “Residential Building <br />Code”; and <br />Article 9 of Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, “California Plumbing Code,” <br />is hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety by Article 9, Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code, the 2019 California Plumbing Code, as published by the International <br />Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, adopted by reference and made a part hereof <br />as if fully set forth herein at length, to be known as the City of San Leandro “Plumbing Code”; and <br />Article 7 of Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code, “California Energy Code,” is <br />hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety by Article 7, Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro <br />Municipal Code, the 2019 California Energy Code, as published by the International Code <br />Council, adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein at length, to be <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 10/30/2019 <br />192
