REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS TAKEN <br />City Attorney Pio Roda reported under Closed Session Item 3.A., the City Council <br />voted unanimously to direct the City Attorney to complete the litigation in the City of <br />San Leandro, on behalf of Patricia Mallari v.
