ITEMS REMOVED FROM CONSENT CALENDAR <br />8.A. 18-096 Staff Report for a Resolution to Approve a Consulting Services <br />Agreement with Noll & Tam Architects for Design Services for the <br />Mulford -Marina Branch Library, Project 2018.2400; Authorizing the City <br />Manager to Make Non -substantial Revisions to the Agreement; <br />Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Approve Individual <br />Amendments up to 10% and Cumulative Amendments up to 25% of the <br />Original Contract Amount; and Appropriating $150,000 for the project <br />18-097 RESOLUTION to Approve a Consulting Services Agreement with Noll & <br />Tam Architects for Design Services for the Mulford -Marina Branch <br />Library, Project 2018.2400; Authorizing the City Manager to Make <br />Non -substantial Revisions to the Agreement; Authorizing the City <br />Manager to Negotiate and Approve Individual Contract Amendments up <br />to 10% and Cumulative Contract Amendments up to 25% of the Original <br />Contract Amount; and Appropriating $150,000 for the project (provides <br />for design services for replacement of the existing library with a new <br />facility at the same location) <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lee, seconded by Councilmember <br />Hernandez, that this Resolution - Council be Adopted. The motion carried by <br />the following vote. <br />Aye: 7 - Cutter, Lee, Lopez, Ballew, Hernandez, Thomas, Cox <br />Enactment No: Reso 2018-093 <br />10. ACTION ITEMS <br />10.A. 18-322 Staff Report for City Council Discussion of Short Term Rental <br />Regulations and Consideration of 1) an Urgency Ordinance to Establish <br />a Temporary Moratorium on Non -Hosted Short Term Rentals Land Uses; <br />and 2) First Reading of a Regular Ordinance to Address Unruly <br />Gatherings <br />18-368 An Interim ORDINANCE of the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />Adopted as an Urgency Measure, Making Findings and Establishing a <br />City -Wide Moratorium on Non -Hosted Short -Term Rentals of Residential <br />Dwelling Units <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lopez, seconded by Mayor Cutter, that <br />this Urgency Ordinance be Passed to Print and Adopted.
