City Council Minutes July 16, 2018 Enactment No: Ordinance 2018-014 10.C. 18-287 RESOLUTION Designating the Voting Delegate and Alternate(s) for the League of California Cities 2018 Annual Conference (provides for discussion and designation of a voting delegate and alternate voting delegate[s]) A motion was made by Mayor Cutter, seconded by Councilmember Lee, that a Resolution delegating Councilmember Lee Thomas as delegate, and Councilmember Ed Hernandez as alternate, be Adopted. The motion carried by the following vote. Aye: 7 - Cutter, Lee, Lopez, Ballew, Hernandez, Thomas, Cox Enactment No: Reso 2018-091 10.D. 18-364 Staff Report for a Resolution to Reestablish the Employment Agreement for Interim City Manager 18-365 RESOLUTION of the City Council for the City of San Leandro to Reestablish the Employment Agreement Between the City and Jeffrey Kay for an Interim City Manager A motion was made by Mayor Cutter, seconded by Councilmember Lopez, that this Resolution be Adopted. REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS TAKEN City Attorney Pio Roda reported on Vote of 6 Ayes, 1 Recuse, settle Heron Bay Homeowner's v. City of San Leandro $186, 382.25 to be paid out of General Fund reserve. 12. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS City Councilmembers reported on attendance at intergovernmental agency meetings, conferences, and seminars since the last meeting. 13. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR AND ANNOUNCEMENTS City Councilmembers announced calendar of upcoming events and coordinate attendan report on local events attended since the last meeting; and make brief comments on issues of concern. 14. COUNCIL REQUESTS TO SCHEDULE AGENDA ITEMS By consensus, the City Council agreed to schedule a report regarding the Marina Shoreline Master Lease and Master Developer's agreement. 15.
