Meetings of the Commission <br />(a) Regular Meetings <br />The Commission shall hold at least one regular meeting each year. The date <br />upon which, and the hour and place at which each such regular meeting shall be held, <br />shall be fixed by resolution of the Commission. <br />(b) Special Meetings <br />Special meetings of the Commission may be called in accordance with the <br />provisions of Section 54956 of the California Government Code. <br />(c) Notice And Conduct of Meetings <br />All meetings of the Commission shall be held subject to the provisions of the <br />Ralph M. Brown Act, being Sections 54950 et seq of the California Government Code, <br />and other applicable laws of the State of California. Meetings shall be conducted in <br />accordance with latest revised "Robert's Rules of Order", subject to their being <br />consistent with the provisions of this Agreement. <br />101
