Funds remaining after completion of the acquisition and construction of the <br />Phase I Project shall be returned to each Agency in proportion to its contributions, <br />except for proceeds from revenue bond sales which shall be transferred to the <br />appropriate bond fund. <br /> <br />Section 14. Distribution of Operation and Maintenance Costs <br />Operation and Maintenance Costs shall be allocated to each Agency as set forth <br />in Schedule B attached hereto and hereby made a part of this Agreement. <br />At the points at which effluent from the sewage treatment facilities of Union, <br />Hayward, the combined facilities of Oro Loma and Castro Valley and San Leandro <br />connect to the Joint Facilities, meters shall be installed to measure the discharge of <br />sewage effluent from each such facility into the Joint Facilities. By the tenth day of each <br />month, each Agency shall report to the Manager its previous month's total daily metered <br />effluent flow contribution to the Joint Facilities. <br /> <br />Section 15. Payment of Operation and Maintenance Costs and Operating <br />Reserve <br />Not later than March 1st of each year, the Authority shall notify each Agency of <br />its allocated share of the estimated Operation and Maintenance Costs for the <br />105
