Amendments <br />This Agreement may be amended only by an agreement approved and executed <br />by all of the Agencies. <br /> <br />Section 26. Filing with the Secretary of State <br />The Manager shall file with the Secretary of State notices in accordance with <br />California Government Code Sections 6503.5 and 53051. <br /> <br />Section 27. Notices <br />All notices which any Agency or the Authority may give to another Agency or the <br />Authority in connection with this Agreement shall be given in writing and shall be served <br />by personal delivery during usual business hours at the principal office of the person <br />being served to an officer thereof or to a person apparently in charge of said office or by <br />depositing same in the United States mail, postage prepaid, and addressed to the <br />Agency at its address given below or to the Authority at its principal office, as the case <br />may be, or to such other address as any Agency or the Authority may designate from <br />time to time by written notice given as provided in this paragraph. Service of notice <br />pursuant to this paragraph shall be deemed complete on the day of service by personal <br />delivery or deposit in the mail. <br /> <br />Section 28. Successors: Assignment <br />This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the <br />successors of the Agencies. In the event of the consolidation of some, but less than all, <br />of the Agencies, the consolidated Agency shall retain all of the rights and <br />responsibilities of the former individual Agencies which consolidated. <br />No Agency may assign any right or obligation hereunder without the consent of <br />each of the others. <br /> <br />Section 29. Severability <br />Should any part, term, or provision of this Agreement be decided by a final <br />judgment of a court to be illegal or in conflict with any law of the State of California, or <br />112
