Any additional services requested, <br />other than routine advice and training will require an amendment of this agreement: <br />. <br />Assist in reconciling statements and subledgers to the general ledger system <br /> <br />. <br />Prepare routine analysis and journal entries <br /> <br />. <br />Maintain accounting records <br /> <br />. <br />Adhere to financial reporting deadlines and requirements <br /> <br />. <br />Document observations and recommendations for improvements to current procedures <br /> <br />. <br />Aide in implementing procedures as deemed necessary and as directed <br /> <br />. <br />Assist with other related accounting work as directed. <br /> <br />Consultant’s work is expected to be complete by December 31, 2020. <br /> <br />60
