M:\2008\A08525-4\Documents\LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS\Parcel No 14.doc <br />Exhibit “A” <br /> <br />Legal Description <br /> <br />Acquisition Easement From City of Oakland <br /> <br />All that certain real property situate in the “Port Area” of the City of Oakland, County <br />of Alameda, State of California, Being a portion of the Rancho San Leandro, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at Station #11 per Record of Survey #575, recorded in Book 10 of <br />Surveys at Pages 88-92, and as shown on the map of Record of Survey #840 <br />recorded in Book 14 of Record of Surveys on page 55, Alameda County Records. <br />Thence, along the centerline of Doolittle Drive, North 4504’00” West, 126.88 feet; <br />thence South 4456’00” West, 73.00 feet, to a point on the Westerly right of way of <br />Doolittle Drive (106 feet wide), the Point of Beginning. <br /> <br />Thence along said West right of way, South 4504’00” East, 15.40 feet; Thence <br />leaving said right of way, through a tangent curve, concave to the north-west, having <br />a radius of 50.00 feet, a central angle of 11439’17” and a curve length of 100.06 <br />feet to a point on the Northerly right of way of Eden Road (50 feet wide), said point <br />being South 69 35’ 17” West, 158.29 feet from the intersection of the projection of <br />the North right of way with a line parallel to the centerline of Doolittle Drive; thence <br />along the North right-of-way of Eden Road, South 69 35’ 17” West, 1045.56 feet, <br />thence South 50 03’ 57” West, 15.55 feet, to a point on the East line of that certain <br />land described in the Grant Deed recorded August 31, 1938 in Book 3650 of Official <br />Records at page 464, Alameda County records.
