Compliance with laws and regulations and with 2035 <br />General Plan policies and actions ensures impacts to archaeological resources and human remains <br />are less than significant. Accordingly, the project would have no new or substantially more severe <br />impacts to cultural resources, nor would there be any potentially significant off-site impacts, <br />cumulative impacts, or previously identified significant effects not discussed in the General Plan EIR. <br />No previously identified significant effects were determined to have a more severe adverse impact <br />than those discussed in the General Plan EIR. <br />
