City of San Leandro <br />311 MacArthur Boulevard Residential Project <br /> <br />74 <br />not induce substantial population growth directly or indirectly, because the project is part of <br />planned growth in the region. The project’s resultant population growth would not be more than <br />that analyzed in the General Plan EIR. <br />LESS THAN SIGNIFICANT OR LESS THAN SIGNIFICANT WITH MITIGATION INCORPORATED <br />b. Would the project displace substantial numbers of existing people or housing, necessitating the <br />construction of replacement housing elsewhere? <br />There are currently no residences on the project site. Therefore, project implementation would not <br />displace people or residences. The project would have no impact related to displacement of housing <br />or people. <br />NO IMPACT <br />Conclusion <br />The project would not induce population growth or result in impacts to population and housing not <br />analyzed in the General Plan EIR. The project would have no new or substantially more severe <br />impacts concerning population and housing, nor would there be any potentially significant off-site <br />impacts, cumulative impacts, or previously identified significant effects not discussed in the General <br />Plan EIR. Also, no previously identified significant effects were determined to have a more severe <br />adverse impact than those discussed in the General Plan EIR.
