This budget/estimate should be viewed as the <br />maximum price an agency will be charged under the agreement. Garland/DBS, Inc. <br />administered a competitive bid process for the project with the hopes of providing a lower market <br />adjusted price whenever possible. <br />Scope of Work: <br />1. Remove and dispose of roof system, any insulation, and edge metal. Demo and <br />remove any dead units that are not in use. <br />2. Inspect deck and perform any repairs if needed. <br />3. Adhere 1/2" Densdeck Prime in Insul-Lock Insulation Adhesive per manufacturers wind <br />uplift calcs. <br />4. Install 2 ply modified system in Weatherking Plus WC cold asphalt. 2.5 gal/square/ply. <br />5. Prime roof with Garla-Block primer at 0.5 gallons per square. <br />6. Apply White -Star at 2 gal per square and immedietly broadcast Title 24 approved 3/8" <br />gravel at 200 lbs per square. Apply Pyramic to all base flashings at 2 gallons per coat <br />in 2 coats per square. <br />7. Install new surface mounted counterflashing across entire roof. <br />8.
