This budget/estimate should be viewed as the <br />maximum price an agency will be charged under the agreement. Garland/DBS, Inc. <br />administered a competitive bid process for the project with the hopes of providing a lower market <br />adjusted price whenever possible. <br />Scope of Work: Replacement <br />1. Remove and dispose of all base flashings, coping metal and edge metal, and <br />detail flashings. Main roof system to remain (see below for alternate). <br />Contractor to verify overlay is acceptable with thermal scan. <br />2. Mechanically fasten 1/2" asphalt coated wood fiber board per manufacturers <br />wind uplift calculations. <br />3. Install 2 ply modified StressPly system in Weatherking cold applied asphalt. <br />Adhesive to be applied at 2.5 gallons a square. <br />4. Allow the roof to cure for 30 days. <br />5. Apply Pyramic Plus LO in 2 coats. 1.5 gal/square/coat. <br />6. Install new preformed coping and edge metal. <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
