<br />Please provide me with copies of all of the above types of disclosable records in the unlawful
<br />sexual intercourse with a minor committed by Marco Becerra.
<br />I am seeking both the Internal Affairs Division's records of the case and the Criminal Investigative
<br />Division's records, as well as any other records in possession of all other San Leandro Police
<br />Department offices or departments. These records shall be disclosed because they apply to serious
<br />police misconduct.
<br />In addition to all records fitting these general descriptions.
<br /> • All statements made by former San Leandro Police Officer pertaining to his unlawful sexual
<br />intercourse with a minor.
<br /> • All records of statements made by any other current or former San Leandro Police Officer
<br />pertaining to Becerra’s unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor.
<br /> • Copies of all other complaints made against San Leandro Police Officer Marco Becerra.
<br /> • Any and all non-expect portions of former San Leandro Police Officer Marco Becerra's personnel
<br />file, including but not limited to records of complaints, investigations, findings, disciplinary
<br />actions, statements, photos, videos, and other records which pertain to all sustained incidents of
<br />sexual assault, and all sustained incidents of dishonesty.
