IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-206
<br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO
<br />APPROVE THE MEASURES HH, 00, PP, AND NN CITIZENS' OVERSIGHT
<br />COMMITTEE'S ANNUAL REPORT ON MEASURES HH, 00, PP, AND NN FOR
<br />2018-19
<br />WHEREAS, on November 4, 2014, the Measure HH half -cent sales tax ordinance was
<br />approved by 64% of the voters; and
<br />WHEREAS, on November 1, 2016, Measures 00, PP, and NN passed by 66%, 68%,
<br />and 74% of voters, respectively; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Measures HH, 00, PP, and NN ordinances require that a Citizens'
<br />Oversight Committee be formed; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Measures HH, 00, PP, and NN ordinances require an Annual Report
<br />prepared by the Citizens' Oversight Committee be presented to the City Council; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Measures HH, 00, PP, and NN Citizens' Oversight Committee's
<br />Annual Report on Measures HH, 00, PP, and NN, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
<br />a part hereof, is presented to this City Council; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as
<br />follows:
<br />That said Annual Report on Measures HH, 00, PP, and NN for 2018-19 is hereby
<br />approved.
<br />Introduced by Councilmember Ballew and passed and adopted this 16th day of December
<br />2019, by the following vote:
