Kirschenbaum & Debra B. Kirschenbaum Trustees (Property Owner/Applicant) <br />THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal <br />corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Russell J. Kirschenbaum & Debra B. Kirschenbaum <br />Trustees, hereinafter referred to as "Property Owner/Applicant". <br />Property Owner/Applicant applied for and received a Fence Modification to create an 8 -foot tall <br />fence and gates within the required 20 -foot front yard setback at 14660 & 14570 Doolittle Drive; <br />Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 080G-0933-006-002 and 080G-0933-005-03. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Zoning Code, it is mutually agreed <br />as follows: <br />A. Property Owner/Applicant agrees to comply with the Conditions of Approval adopted by <br />the City of San Leandro Zoning Enforcement Official, more specifically described in the <br />list of Conditions of Approval, attached hereto, and as described in the exhibits on file in <br />the Community Development Department, all of which are incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />B. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and <br />their respective heirs, successors, and assigns. <br />C. City is authorized to record this agreement and any amendments thereto with the <br />Alameda County Recorder, California.
