Exhibitions of domestic or large animals for a maximum of seven days. <br /> <br />Animal, Small. An animal no larger than the largest breed of dogs. This term includes fish, <br />birds, and mammals customarily kept in kennels or within a dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Antenna. Any system of wires, poles, panels, rods, reflecting discs or similar devices used <br />for the transmission or reception of radio frequency waves including, but not limited to, wire- <br />less telecommunications facilities used for transmitting or receiving television, radio, citi- <br />zen’s band or cellular phone communication. (See also “Wireless Telecommunications Fa- <br />cility.”) <br /> <br />Apartment Building. A multi-family rental housing complex in which individual residential <br />units are rented or leased rather than owned separately. <br /> <br />Arcade. See “Game Centers.” <br /> <br />Area, Lot, Parcel, or Site. The horizontal area within the property lines excluding public- <br />access corridors, public vehicular easements, and areas to be included in future street <br />rights-of-way as established by easement, dedication, or ordinance. <br /> <br />Artists’ Studios. Work space for artists and artisans, including individuals practicing one <br />of the fine arts or performing arts, or skilled in an applied art or craft, but not including resi- <br />dential use. <br /> <br />Assembly Uses (AU). Meeting, recreational, social facilities of a private or non-profit or- <br />ganization primarily for use by member or guests, or facilities for religious worship and inci- <br />dental religious education (but not including schools as defined in this section). This classi- <br />fication includes union halls, social clubs, fraternal organizations, and youth centers. <br /> <br />Assembly Uses, Temporary. Meeting, recreational, social facilities of a private or non- <br />profit organization primarily for use by member or guests, or facilities for religious worship <br />and incidental religious education (but not including schools as defined in this section) on a <br />site that is not permanently occupied by an assembly use, for a period of not more than 30 <br />days. <br /> <br />Attached. For purposes of determining the requirement for minimum separation between <br />structures, any two structures shall be considered attached and not required to maintain a <br />minimum separation if they are connected by a continuous roofline which conforms to the <br />architectural style of the structures. <br /> <br />Attached Structure.
