<br /> 20 <br />Coin-Operated Laundry and Coin-Operated Dry Cleaning Businesses. Any dry clean- <br />ing or laundry establishment that provides self-service machines or is not attended. <br /> <br />Collection Facility. is A center for the acceptance by donation, redemption, or purchase of <br />recyclable materials from the public. <br /> <br />A. Small Collection Facilityies. Occupy less than 500 square feet and may include: <br /> <br />1. Bulk reverse vending machines or a grouping of reverse vending machines occu- <br />pying more than 50 square feet; <br /> <br />2. Kiosk-type units that may include permanent structures; or <br /> <br />3. Unattended containers placed for the donation of recyclable materials. <br /> <br />B. Large Collection Facilityies. Occupy more than 500 square feet and may include per- <br />manent structures as well as mobile units, bulk reverse vending machines, kiosk-type <br />units. <br /> <br />Commercial Filming. Commercial motion picture or video photography. <br /> <br />Commercial Parking Facility. Lots offering short-term or long-term parking to the public <br />for a fee. <br /> <br />Commercial Recreation. Provision of participant or spectator recreation or entertainment. <br />This classification includes amusement parks, bowling alleys and ice/roller skating rinks with <br />spectator stands, golf courses, miniature golf courses, children’s indoor playgrounds, and <br />scale-model courses. <br /> <br />Communications Facilities. Broadcasting, recording, and other communication services <br />accomplished through electronic or telephonic mechanisms, but excluding Utilities (Major) <br />and Telecommunications antennas and towers as defined in this Code, [Section 4.04.376 <br />Wireless Telecommunications Facilities as per Ordinance No. 98-009]. This classification <br />includes radio, television, or recording studios; telephone switching centers; and telegraph <br />offices. <br /> <br />Community Apartment. A dwelling unit as defined in Civil Code Section 1351 or successor <br />section. <br /> <br />Community Gardens. A site that occupies less than one acre for non-commercial raising <br />for family or community use of vegetables, berries, trees, fruits, vines, flowers, ornamental <br />trees or shrubs. Crops from community gardens are limited to personal or group consump- <br />tion, or for donation, only. Community garden uses may include communally-managed gar- <br />dens. Community gardens may be the principal or accessory use. Community gardens may <br />not grow cannabis or any other federally-controlled substances.
