IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020-025 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO <br />AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT <br />AGREEMENT NO. F029 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PROVIDE $37,350 <br />IN FEDERAL -AID FUNDS FOR THE DESIGN PHASE OF THE WICKS BOULEVARD <br />AND MANOR BOULEVARD INTERSECTION SIGNAL UPGRADE PROJECT AND <br />TO APPROPRIATE $323,910 FROM GRANT FUNDS AND $35,990 FROM THE <br />DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS FUND BALANCE FOR THE <br />TOTAL PROJECT BUDGET OF $359,900 IN FISCAL YEAR 2019-20 <br />WHEREAS, an Administering Agency -State Agreement for Federal -aid Projects No. 04- <br />5041 F-15 was entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of California on June 19, <br />2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the City was awarded a $323,910 Federal -aid grant from the Highway Safety <br />Improvement Program, but must first execute Program Supplement Agreement No. F029 to <br />receive the fiends; and <br />WHEREAS, Program Supplement Agreement No. 1`029, which amends Administering <br />Agency -State Agreement for Federal -Aid Project No. 04-5041F-15, is presented to this City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That said Program Supplement Agreement No. F029, which amends Administering <br />Agency -State Agreement for Federal -Aid Projects No. 04-5041F-15, substantially in the form <br />presented is hereby approved, and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non -substantial revisions to said <br />agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br />3. That the original executed agreement, as amended, shall be attached to and made a part <br />of this resolution; and <br />4. That $323,910 in grant finds be appropriated to account 150-38-349-5240 to cover <br />reimbursable expenditures for Fiscal Year 2019-20; and <br />5. That $35,990 in local matching finds from Development Fees for Street <br />Improvements (DFSI) find balance reserves shall be used to appropriate finds in account 120-38- <br />349-5240 for Fiscal Year 2019-20 <br />
