File Number: 20-124 <br />The District found the canal project to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental <br />Quality Act. <br />The bridge work is categorically exempt per CEQA Section(s) 15302(c) Replacement or <br />Reconstruction of existing facilities with no expansion of capacity. <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />The modifications to Estudillo Canal were included in discussions with the public about the <br />Neptune Drive Flood Protection project.
