D. A grease interceptor may be required to treat wastewater generated by food <br />handling activities. Additional information regarding food handling and,sanitation <br />practices will be required to make a determination. <br />V. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Soil Report is required at the time of Building Permit submittal. <br />B. Isometric gas and water line diagram is required. <br />C. Cover sheet of drawing must indicate applicable Codes, Type of Construction and <br />Type of Occupancy. <br />D. Truncated Domes must be extended to edge of curb <br />E. Health Department approval is required. <br />F. Cut sheets are required for freezer and its structural attachments to floor. <br />VI. FIRE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Plans to meet building and fire codes adopted at time of building plan submittal. <br />VII. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Recycling Requirements - Applicant is subject to Alameda County Mandatory <br />Recycling Ordinance#2012-01. For more information, visit <br />www.RecyclingRulesAC.org. <br />B. Business is required to subscribe to garbage, recycling and organics service. <br />C. The planned development falls within the Alameda County Industries (ACI) <br />service area. Applicant should note the City of San Leandro holds an exclusive <br />franchise agreement for solid waste and recycling services with ACI. <br />VIII. POLICE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Consumption of beer and wine shall not be permitted on-site. No alcoholic <br />beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises <br />under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC -257 and ABC -253. <br />B. No person under the age of 18 shall sell alcoholic beverages. <br />C. Mandatory training by the Alcohol and Beverage Control Department of the State of <br />California (ABC), or its equivalent, shall be required for licensee, owner, <br />employees, and cashiers who sell alcohol beverages within 3 months of hire and <br />every two years thereafter, subject to the review and approval of the San Leandro <br />Police Department Chief of Police. <br />D.
