The City will <br />continue to fund programs that meet the national objectives of serving low- and moderate-income <br />clientele (LMC) or low- and moderate-income housing (LMH), with each activity benefitting at least 51% <br />low- and moderate-income individuals and families. The City will also continue to fund programs whose <br />headquarters might be located in other jurisdictions so long as the agency receiving CDBG funds serves <br />San Leandro residents. <br /> <br /> <br />283
