o Assisting callers with technical issues associated with the GoGoGrandparent service. <br />• Hours of Availability. Customers will have access to the GoGoGrandparent service and to speak <br />with an operator 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. <br />• Enterprise Features. Consultant will provide Partner a registration page that Partner may use to <br />enroll Customers into the Program. <br />The Partner will take on the following responsibilities with respect to the Program: <br />• Customer Enrollment. Partner will be responsible for vetting and enrolling Customers in the <br />Program through Consultant's portal. Information collected during registration includes the <br />Customer's (i) Full Name; (ii) Cell Phone Number; (iii) Home Phone Number; (iv) Home Address; <br />and (v) On -File Payment Method (optional). <br />• Payment. Provide a payment by check or deposit to Consultant in advance of every month of <br />Service. Consultant's fee for each Customer shall be limited to $0.27 per minute that they are in a <br />vehicle enroute to their destination. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS <br />The FLEX RIDES On Demand service is intended for seniors 70+ years and persons with <br />disabilities. The CITY will determine eligibility criteria and assess applications. All <br />registrants will be issued a membership card for presentation to shuttle bus drivers upon <br />boarding.
