(SOS/Meals On Wheels) for $60,040; Spectrum <br />Community Services (San Leandro Senior Nutrition Program) for $43,127; <br />Building Futures for Women and Children for $25,000; Family Violence Law <br />Center for $25,000; La Clinica de la Raza for $100,000; Asian Health Services <br />for $100,000; and Eden Council for Hope and Opportunity (ECHO Housing) for <br />$10,000 (Approves 9 Agreements Totaling $500,437) <br />WHEREAS, the final Annual Action Plan (referred to hereinafter as “the Plan”) was <br />adopted on June 15, 2020 by Resolution No. 2020-056 reflecting the activities that the City plans <br />to fund and implement during FY 2020-2021, a copy of which is attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, CDBG public services agreements between the City of San Leandro and <br />Child Abuse Listening, Interviewing, and Coordination Center (CALICO); Davis Street Family <br />Resource Center; Service Opportunities for Seniors, Inc. (SOS/ Meals on Wheels); Spectrum <br />Community Services (San Leandro Senior Nutrition Program); Building Futures for Women and <br />Children; Family Violence Law Center; La Clinica de la Raza; Asian Health Services; and Eden <br />Council for Hope and Opportunity Housing (ECHO Housing) are presented to the City Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 7/1/2020 <br />109
