RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020-074 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO <br />APPROVE PARCEL MAP 10843 FOR ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 075-0036-064- <br />00; OWNER, SUBDIVIDER AND APPLICANT: CREEKSIDE PARTNERS PARKING, <br />LLC (PROVIDES FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF THE CREEKSIDE OFFICE <br />PROPERTY TO ACCOMMODATE THE FINANCING OF AN ADDITIONAL <br />BUILDING) <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivider, Creekside Partners Parking, LLC, submitted Parcel Map <br />10843 to the City Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer finds that the parcels of land have approved access to a <br />public street, comprise part of a tract of land zoned for commercial development, and has the <br />approval of the City as to street alignments and widths; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions <br />for the subdivision's design and improvements, is consistent with the City's 2035 General Plan; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer attests that said parcel map complies with the provisions <br />of San Leandro Municipal Code §7-1-210 et seq. and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map <br />Act; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's consulting Land Surveyor attests that said parcel map is <br />technically correct pursuant to California Government Code §66450(b); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planner's Report for Parcel Map 10843 is incorporated herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />• That said Parcel Map 10843 is categorically exempt from the environmental review <br />requirements of CEQA according to § 15315 "Minor Land Divisions" (Class 15) of the <br />CEQA Guidelines; and <br />• That said Parcel Map 10843 is hereby approved, subject to the City Engineer's Report as <br />well as the City Planner's Report, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and <br />• That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to execute the City Clerk's Statement <br />on Parcel Map 10843, and shall forward the executed map to the Alameda County <br />Recorder for recordation. <br />
