When we provide services in person, this survey is handed to clients at the <br />conclusion of services. Clients fill it out anonymously and put it in a box at our reception desk. We <br />are developing an alternative strategy for collecting satisfaction surveys from clients who receive <br />remote services, which is a need that has emerged with the Covid-19 pandemic.
