City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: July 20, 2020 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:20-262 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Jeff Kay <br />City Manager <br />BY:Keith Cooke <br />Engineering & Transportation Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:Susan Hsieh <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve Tract Map <br />8513 for 342 Marina Boulevard, Assessor’s Parcel Number 075-0082-010-00; <br />Owner, Subdivider and Applicant: Chee Yan Property, Inc. <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider, Chee Yan Property, Inc., submitted Tract Map 8513 to the City <br />Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for the <br />subdivision’s design and improvement, is consistent with the City’s 2035 General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer attests that said tract map complies with the approved Vesting <br />Tentative Map and the provisions of San Leandro Municipal Code §7-1-210 et seq. and with the <br />provisions of the Subdivision Map Act; and <br />WHEREAS, the City’s consulting Land Surveyor attests that said tract map is technically <br />correct pursuant to California Government Code §66450(b); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planner’s Report for Tract Map 8513 is incorporated herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />·That said Tract Map 8513 is categorically exempt from the environmental review <br />requirements of CEQA according to §15315 “Minor Land Divisions” (Class 15) of the <br />CEQA Guidelines; and <br />·That said Tract Map 8513 is hereby approved, subject to the City Engineer’s Report as <br />well as the City Planner’s Report, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br />·That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to execute the City Clerk’s Statement <br />on Tract Map 8513, and shall forward the executed map to the Alameda County Recorder <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 7/15/2020 <br />136
