  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />FOR <br />TRACT MAP 8513 <br />APN 075-0082-010-00 <br /> <br /> <br />FINDINGS: <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1-520 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, I have examined <br />Tract Map 8513 and find that it is in substantial conformance with the approved Vesting Tentative <br />Map, and find that it will be in compliance with Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal <br />Code and the State Subdivision Map Act.
