RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO.2020-096 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A 5 YEAR CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INVENGO TECHNOLOGY CORP TO INSTALL AND CONFIGURE A NEW RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM FOR INVENTORY CONTROL AND SECURITY OF THE LIBRARY'S COLLECTION FOR A NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $358,491.04 IN FISCAL YEAR 2020-21 AND THEN $26,234 ANNUALLY THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 WHEREAS, the San Leandro Public Library Foundation generously donated $52,000 to the Library's Radio Frequency Identification project; and WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Invengo Technology Corp, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That said agreement is funded as follows: Fiscal Year 2020-21 (Year #1 Total: $358,491.04) 0 $258,491.04 from Fund 688-13-121-7410 • $48,000 from Fund 150-68-012-7410 • $52,000 from the San Leandro Public Library Foundation Fiscal Year 2021-22 (Year #2 Total: $26,234) 0 $26,234.00 from Fund 688-13-001-5310 Fiscal Year 2022-23 (Year 93 Total: $26,234) 0 $26,234.00 from Fund 688-13-001-5310 Fiscal Year 2023-24 (Year 94 Total: $26,234) 0 $26,234.00 from Fund 688-13-001-5310 Fiscal Year 2024-25 (Year #5 Total: $26,234) • $26,234.00 from Fund 688-13-001-5310; and That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
