Includes a Web Portal to capture public records requests <br />and provide requestors with updates and history of previous requests and the ability to post completed <br />public records requests to the web for searching via the Public Archive portal. <br />GovQA to provide the following onboarding services: <br />• One-time setup of public facing page to access GovQA Exchange public facing functions <br />• Branding of public facing page to the look and feel of Customer website (or iframe). Future updates <br />are available for an additional fee. <br />• One-time configuration of GovQA Exchange Platform with two requests related to the California <br />Public Records Act: City, Police Department <br />GovQA to provide training and ongoing support including: <br />• One online Administrator training <br />• Two online training sessions for all users <br />• Ongoing support through system videos and knowledgebase <br />• Periodic webinars to train and update customers on new features <br />• City staff will log ALL ISSUES into the GovQA Support System to receive technical support <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised June 24, 2020 <br />GovQA for Public Records Request System Project Exhibit A — Page 1 of 1 <br />
