DocuSign Envelope ID: F883EF10-9248-4729-B860-D3176A0194B3 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND KI (KRUEGER INTERNATIONAL, INC.) FOR POLICE BUILDING AND SOUTH OFFICE MODIFICATIONS PROJECT PROJECT NO.: 2014.0481 This Amendment No. 1 ("Amendment") is made by and between the City of San Leandro ("City") and Krueger International, Inc. ("Contractor") (together sometimes referred to as the "Parties") as of lune 17 , 2020, and amends that certain Non -Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement") dated August 13, 2019, between the Parties. WHEREAS, City and Contractor have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Contractor has provided certain services to City with regard to fabrication, delivery and installation of furniture; and WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to address miscellaneous changes to the scope of work. WHEREAS, the changes associated with this Amendment will decrease the contract amount by $5,997.86, which is 2.83% of the original contract amount of $211,927.99. NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. Section 2 of the Agreement entitled "Compensation" is hereby amended to pay Contractor a sum not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY AND THIRTEEN CENTS ($205,930.13); and 2. Exhibit A of the Agreement entitled "Scope of Services" is hereby amended to read: The Contractor shall furnish and install the furniture listed on the attached Quotation 19CAM- 404454F/C for the Police Building and South Office Modifications Project, with the exception of the three steel lockers for Dispatch Room 132 in the Police Building and the shelving and cabinet for Closet Room 113 in the South Offices, which have been removed from the scope of work. The Contractor shall also furnish and install two chairs and a custom table for Lobby Room 150 for the South Offices as listed on the attached Quotation 20CAM-464240/C. Delivery dates are to be determined for each of the three phases of the project. Delivery shall be within 45 calendar days after notice by the City. 3. Exhibit B of the Agreement entitled "Compensation Schedule & Reimbursable Expenses" is hereby amended to read: Compensation for the work noted in Exhibit A shall not exceed $205,930.13.
