Upon execution of each SOW, LAB shall publicize a call for artwork on local and national databases. LAB will process submissions and arrange for review of submissions by a jury selection panel of three to five panelists from relevant professional backgrounds. LAB will present finalists to City for City's selection of the winning submission (hereinafter the "Artwork"). Final approval of selection of art pieces for public display and the terms and location for display is reserved to City, and shall be given within sixty (60) days of LAB's submission to the City ("Approval Date"). 1.4 Out -of -Doors Public Display Locations. If the Location is on private property, City hereby warrants that City has permission pursuant to a separate agreement with the private property owner ("Property Owner") to install the Artwork pursuant to this Agreement and that the Property Owner has agreed to all terms, conditions, and obligations as they apply to Property Owner under this Agreement and the applicable SOW. City and/or Property Owner shall not change the location and duration of display of the Artwork, cancel or change dates for display of the Artwork, or re -locate or remove the Artwork from public display, at any time except upon notice to LAB and adjustments to the SOW as required by LAB to accommodate such changes. City acknowledges and agrees that City will not be entitled to any reductions in, or reimbursements of, Compensation as a result of such changes. 1.5 Delivery and Installation. LAB shall arrange with the Artwork Owner to deliver and install the Artwork to the Location on the Delivery Date. LAB shall consult with the Artwork Owner and assist with delivery of the Artwork to the Location, or to such other location as may be agreed upon by the parties, in a condition that is prepared for installation and display. Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable SOW, LAB shall arrange for and supervise installation of the Artwork. 1.6 Term of Services. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on June 30. 2022 or the termination of this Aareement, or the Removal Date under an in -progress SOW, whichever is sooner. The time provided to Consultant to complete the Services required by this Agreement shall not affect the City's right to terminate the Agreement, as referenced in Section 8. 1.7 Loan Term. The Initial Loan Term for each SOW shall commence upon the Approval Date and end on the End Date specified in Section 1.8 herein. City may request to renew the term of the loan for an additional period for display of the Artwork ("Loan Renewal Term") upon notice to LAB at least sixty (60) days prior to the Removal Date, provided that LAB and City and Property Owner mutually agree on the duration of the Loan Renewal Term and appropriate additional Compensation. The term of each SOW shall begin on the Approval Date and end on the End Date, unless sooner terminated in accordance with this Agreement ("Loan Term").
