File Number: 20-373 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro RESOLVES as follows: <br />1. That said Memorandum of Understanding $81,429.02 is hereby approved; and <br />2. That the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding will be memorialized in writing by the <br />City Manager, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br />3. That the City Manager is authorized to execute said Memorandum of Understanding with the <br />City of Hayward; and <br />4.
