LAKE A VENUE, SUITE 360; PASADENA, CA 91101, PHONE NO.: (626) 639-1323. 3 The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the ANNUAL SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM 2017-18, PROJECT NO. 2017.0060, project is that of public improvements made to public Right-of-Way designated as portions of various streets in San Leandro, CA, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4 That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 18th day of NOVEMBER, 2019 by RESOLUTION No. 2019-188.
