Vicente Tavares ("Trustors"), to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro, as trustee, recorded on January 14, 2011 as Document No. 2011022037 in the official records of Alameda County and affecting the real property described therein ("Land"); and PGS WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust secures the payment and performance of: (i) a loan to Trustor in the amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00), (ii) performance of the terms of the Deed of Trust, and (iii) payment of obligations specified in the Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust has been fully satisfied; and WHEREAS, the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro (the "Trustee") is the successor-in-interest to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro, NOW, THEREFORE, the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro, saidTrusfoe~ does hereby RELEASE AND RECONVEY, without warranty, to THE PERSON OR PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO, all estates and interests now held by Trustee in and to that Land situated in Alameda County, State of California, commonly known as 2272 Estabrook Circle and more fully described in Exhibit A and authorizes the recordation of this instrument in the Official Records of Alameda County.
