EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The following are the updated objectives for Ruby's Place for the City of San Leandro <br />Grant FY 19-20 and 20-21: <br />Within our clinical program Ruby's Place will conduct 6 Parenting Education Groups by <br />June 30, 2020 and a total of 12 parenting groups will be conducted by June 30, 2021. <br />The RP clinician will hold several types of groups for the clients at our shelter. Topics <br />include non-violent discipline, developmental milestones for children, parenting support <br />during difficult transitions and more. <br />Within our clinical program Ruby's Place will conduct children's program, 10 children will <br />attend the children's program by June 30, 2020 and 20 total children will attend the <br />children's program by June 30, 2021. -Ruby's place alongside the parenting education <br />groups we conduct several different age appropriate children's groups. These are <br />tailored to the developmental age of the children and can include art therapy, healthy <br />friendships, teen dating violence, homework help and family engagement. <br />Within our clinical program Ruby's Place will conduct 50 therapy sessions by June 30, <br />2020 and a total of 100 therapy sessions by June 30, 2021-At Ruby's Place we have an <br />onsite licensed clinician that provides individual and family psychotherapy to all clients <br />who want to participate. Therapy or any other services at Ruby's Place is not required in <br />order to receive shelter services. Our clinician offers as many hours of therapy that may <br />be needed to the individual or family. <br />Out of the total number of families served through our shelter program Ruby's Place will <br />provide services to 6 families who have a connection to San Leandro by June 30, 2020 <br />and 12 total families who have a connection to San Leandro by June 30, 2021. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and <br />Ruby's Place for CAP Grant <br />Last revised 09/27/2019 <br />Exhibit A -Page 1 of 1
