h. A preliminary estimate of the costs asso.ciated with the artwork (see below for eligible <br />expenses) that totals no more than $135,000. This budget must cover all costs related to the <br />design, fabrication, insuring, transportation and installation of Artwork including, but not limited <br />to the following: <br />• The cost of all materials to be used in the fabrication of the Artwork, including <br />applicable sales tax <br />• Software development and engineering, materials analysis and research <br />• Costs of labor for assistants <br />• Itemized general contractor and subcontractor costs <br />• Permits or other fees <br />• Insurance, including General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Workers <br />Compensation, if applicable <br />• Structural Engineering <br />• Lighting <br />• Travel and per diem <br />• Crating, transporting and unloading the Artwork at the site and the costs of required <br />labor and equipment used for these purposes <br />• Fine Arts Insurance for the work during fabrication and while in transit <br />• Storage costs both before and during installation, if applicable Itemized installation <br />costs, including labor and equipment unless through no fault of Artist's the site is not <br />ready for installation under the mutually agreed schedule, in which case, the City shall <br />be responsible for any storage, or storage costs incurred <br />• Costs of a project manager to oversee the installation if not to be done by the Artist <br />• Photo documentation in an amount not to exceed $2,500 <br />• Miscellaneous project costs <br />II. Phase 2: To be completed three months after receiving a notice to proceed from the City and <br />delivery of the following: <br />a. Engineering drawings; <br />b. Estimates from suppliers and fabricators documenting project expenses; <br />c. Receipt of required permits; <br />d. A Final Design Proposal ("Final Proposal") for the Artwork in substantial conformance with <br />the Conceptual. <br />The Final Design Proposal shall include: <br />a. Details and location of the Work including an indication of form, scale and proposed <br />materials; <br />b.
