CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />AMENDMENT #1 TO STANDARD PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT <br />THIS AMENDMENT #I, entered into on~. / ~ LIJiE°by and between the CITY OF SAN <br />LEANDRO, a municipal corporation of the State of Cahfornia, hereinafter referred to as "City," and 100 <br />Halcyon Owner, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", hereby amends the Standard Public Improvement <br />Agreement dated January 9, 2018, as authorized by City Council Resolution Reso 2017-178. <br />The first paragraph is hereby amended to read (bold and underlined text is hereby added, <br />strikethrough text is hereby deleted): <br />"In consideration of the granting of certain entitlement ofuse described as follows: Approval of Parcel <br />Map 10659 for the Public Improvements associated with redevelopment of 100 Halcyon Drive, including <br />roadway improvements on Halcyon Drive and the associated Niles Subdivision railroad crossing <br />improvements, and on Washington Avenue (see Engineer's Estimate Halcyon Drive and Washington Ave <br />(City of San Leandro) by Kier & Wright Civil Engineers & Surveyors, Inc. dated November 20, 2017 August <br />7, 2018), together with all required improvements to satisfy the Agreement to Conditions for Site Plan Review <br />PLNl 7-0003 at 100 Halcyon Drive, San Leandro, California, Assessor's Parcel Nos. 077C-1315-022, 077C- <br />123 5-003-04 and 077C-1240-002, hereinafter referred to as "Project." <br />All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain unchanged. <br />AMENDMENT#!
