·.; <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ST AND ARD PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT <br />J lA v'( I Z.,~ it'>\~ <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into on , by and between the CITY OF SAN <br />LEANDRO, a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and <br />2000 Marina LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Owner." <br />In consideration of the granting of certain entitlement of use described as follows: Issuan~e of <br />Encroachment Permit for the Public' Improvements associated with redevelopment of 2000 Marina <br />Boulevard, including roadway improvements on Marina Boulevard and undergrounding of utilities (see <br />Engineer's Estimate -Offsite Improvements by Kier & Wright Civil Engineers & Surveyors, Inc. dated <br />April 30, 2018), together with all required improvements to satisfy the Agreement to Conditions for Site <br />Plan Review PLNl 7-0005 at 2000 Marina Boulevard, San Leandro, California, Assessor's Parcel No. 077A- <br />0700-003-00, hereinafter referred to as "Project." <br />It is mutually agreed as follows: <br />AGREEMENTS <br />1. Performance of Work. Owner agrees to, furnish, construct, and install at his own expense all <br />public improvements shown on the plans prepared by Kier & Wright Civil Engineers & Surveyor, Inc., and <br />identified as Street Improvement Plans for 2000 Marina Boulevard by Kier & Wright Civil Engineers & <br />Surveyors, Inc. (total 9 sheets, dated 03/15/2018), Temporary Traffic Control at Site by CMC Traffic <br />Solutions (total 5 sheets, dated 02/06/2018) and Overhead Underground Utility Plans, by Pennino <br />Management Group (Sheets 1 through 18, dated o'4/16/2018), a copy of which is on file in the Office of the <br />City Engineer and is incorporated herein by reference and all other improvements required by the City <br />Engineer based upon the standards imposed by Title VII, Chapter 8 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and <br />the Standard Specifications adopted by the City of San Leandro for public works.
