Free, non-emergency confidential housing and health and human service information over the <br />telephone through the 3-digit 211 phone number. <br /> <br />2. Calls will be answered by a live attendant 24 hours/day and 7 days/week in multiple languages <br />with accessibility to the disabled community at no cost to the caller. <br /> <br />3. For FY 20/21, it is expected that 2-1-1 will handle a minimum of 2,900 total contacts from at <br />least 850 unduplicated San Leandro households. <br /> <br />4.
