<br />Amendment No. 1 to Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro 08/27/2020 <br />and AmeriNat for Loan Servicing Page 1 of 2 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />AMERINATIONAL COMMUNITY SERVICES, LLC <br />FOR <br />LOAN SERVICING <br /> <br /> <br />This Amendment No.1(“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro (“City”) <br />and AmeriNational Community Services, LLC d/b/a AmeriNat (“Consultant”) (together sometimes referred <br />to as the “Parties”) as of August 27, 2020, and amends that certain Consulting Services Agreement <br />(“Agreement”) dated July 1, 2020, between the Parties. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Consultant have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Consultant has <br />provided certain consulting services to City with regard to loan servicing, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to modify the extraordinary research fee. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. Exhibit B of the Agreement entitled “Compensation Schedule & Reimbursable Expenses” is <br />hereby amended to read: <br /> <br />Should the City request additional research to be conducted, or if the City engages AmeriNat to <br />conduct a Loan Reconstruction Service on its portfolio, an extraordinary research fee of $150.00 <br />per hour will be charged, with a minimum of one hour per occurrence. Any such fee will be <br />approved by the City before the research is conducted. <br /> <br />2.
