City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: September 28, 2020 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:20-401 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Jeff Kay <br />City Manager <br />BY:Keith Cooke <br />Engineering & Transportation Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:Susan Hsieh <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve a <br />Transportation Fund for Clean Air Grant Funding Agreement with Bay Area Air <br />Quality Management District for Class IV Bike Lanes on Fairmont Drive <br />(Authorizes execution of an agreement for grant funds to be used to construct <br />class IV bike lanes on Fairmont Drive between East 14th Street and Hesperian <br />Boulevard) <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Bay Area Air Quality <br />Management District, a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized; and <br />That $220,000 in Transportation Fund for Clean Air grant funds shall be appropriated to <br />account 150-38-451 for the project. <br /> <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 9/23/2020 <br />247
