NOTICE TO LICENSE APPLICANTS: The City's acceptance of the application payment(s) will <br />not obligate the City to enter into any Master License if the City in its sole discretion determines <br />that disapproval is warranted consistent with the terms of this Master License. If the City <br />disapproves any Master License, it will notify the applicant by a letter specifying the reasons for <br />disapproval. Disapproval will not disqualify the applicant from re -applying. <br />
