Finding: On the basis of the Initial Study, the Community Development Department of the City of San Leandro has determined that with the incorporation of the mitigation measures identified in the Initial Study, the proposed project would not have a significant adverse effect on the environment. Public Hearing: A recommendation regarding the proposed project (PLN18-0046) and the IS-MND will be considered by the City of San Leandro Planning Commission on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at San Leandro City Hall (835 East 14th Street, San Leandro). Any interested party or agent may appear and be heard. Comments regarding the proposed project or IS-MND may be forwarded to the City of San Leandro at or prior to the Public Hearing. Anyone instituting a legal challenge to the Public Hearing item noted above may be limited to addressing only those issues raised at the Public Hearing described in this Notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of San Leandro at or prior to the Public Hearing. Public Comment Period: The Initial Study - Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS-MND) is available for public review and comment. The public review period for this project continues from the date of this Notice until the City Council public hearing tentatively scheduled to be held in the City Council Chambers at San Leandro City Hall (835 East 14th Street, San Leandro) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January, 22, 2019. Your comments on the IS-MND are welcome.
