RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO.2020-131 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE AND BUILDING CODE The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: 1. That following notice and hearing as may be required by law, Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code ("Fee Schedule") is hereby amended for the Community Development Department, Code Enforcement Division, per the Exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof, 2. That except for that which is shown as amended, the Fee Schedule shall remain in full force and effect as approved by the City Council; 3. That the amendments to the Fee Schedule pursuant to this resolution shall take effect immediately.
