RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2020-132 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO.1 TO THE CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND MACKAY METERS, INC. FOR PARKING METER SERVICES AND MAINTENANCE TO APPROVE AN ADDITIONAL $13,000 TO COVER EXISTING MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGES OF $728 FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE CONTRACT TERM WHEREAS, the City and Consultant have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which the Consultant has provided certain services with regard to parking meter management; and WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to increase the amount by $13,000 for a total of $113,000; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That the following contract amendments are approved: 1. Section 2 of the Agreement entitled "Compensations" is hereby amended to pay the Consultant a sum not to exceed $113,000; and 2. All other terms shall remain in full force and effect; and That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
