Such costs are allowable only to <br />the extent that they would have been allowable if incurred after the date of the Federal award and only <br />with written approval of the Federal awarding agency. <br />Additionally, San Leandro is aware of the federal regulation citing the total amount of pre-award costs <br />paid during any program year cannot be more than 25 percent of the grant amount for that year or <br />$300,000, whichever is greater. <br />
