<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and <br />BKF for Shoreline Park at the Marina Exhibit B – Page 1 of 3 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />Compensation for the work identified in Exhibit A shall not exceed 597,190 as outlined below: <br />TASK DESCRIPTION FEE <br />1 Project Coordination and Management $107,360 <br />2 Data Collection $23,100 <br />3 Update Existing Conceptual Plans $66,880 <br />4 Public Meeting $31,950 <br />5 Develop 30% Plans, Specifications and Estimate (PS&E) $209,930 <br />6 Design Approval and Refinement $134,970 <br />RE Reimbursable Expenses $23,000 <br /> TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT $597,190 <br /> <br />Upon request, BKF can provide the following optional services on a time and materials not to exceed basis: <br />OPTIONAL TASK FEE <br />Optional Task 1 – Wetland Delineation $7,700 <br />Optional Task 2 – 3D Rendering $24,000 <br />Optional Task 3 – Alternate/Phasing Cost Estimate $7,450 <br /> <br />Reimbursable Expenses <br />• Charges for outside services, equipment, materials, and facilities not furnished directly by BKF <br />Engineers will be billed as reimbursable expenses at cost plus 10%. <br />• Such charges may include printing and reproduction services, shipping, delivery, and courier <br />charges; subconsultant fees and expenses; agency fees; transportation on public carriers; and <br />consumable materials. <br />• Allowable mileage will be charged at the prevailing IRS rate per mile. <br />
